Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Kheir Center. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Clinic Directors, ensuring a professional and effective experience for our organization.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure without extensive supervision. They will be highly proficient in Microsoft Office programs and other computer functions, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support services, including recording and transcribing meeting minutes, preparing meeting agendas, and maintaining project logs. They will also be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing emails and faxes, and capturing scheduling errors with patient appointments.

The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts. They will be highly adaptable and able to learn and apply an advanced understanding of our organization and its functional policies and processes.

We offer a competitive salary of $27.00 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and a referral program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support services to Clinic Directors

Requirements
  • Spanish/English Bilingual preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • A minimum of two-year experience in an office environment performing a similar level of work required
  • Prior health care experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure without extensive supervision
  • Ability to learn and apply an advanced understanding of our organization and its functional policies and processes
