Job Title: Habilitation Support Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Habilitation Support Specialist to join our team at ADAPT Community Network. As a Habilitation Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving their full potential.

About the Role:

  • Assist in daily operation of assigned program areas.
  • Provide physical and programmatic aid to the people we support.
  • Aid in supervision of the people we support in assigned areas.
  • Drive agency vehicles for transportation of the people we support.
  • Perform clerical work for assigned areas.
  • Participate in case conferences as needed.

Requirements:

  • Valid New York State Driver's License.
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills necessary to interact effectively with co-workers, employees, the people we support, and their families.

Compensation and Benefits:

$17.51 - $19.06/hour + Industry-Leading Benefits for all full-time employees.
