Habilitation Services Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated Habilitation Services Coordinator to join our team at PRIDE Healthcare. In this role, you will work closely with clients with developmental disabilities, providing personalized support and care.

You will assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as preparing food, personal hygiene, and cleaning, as well as maintain a clean and safe living environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, a high school diploma or GED, and be willing to obtain BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification, TB Testing, and OPWDD Orientation before starting work.

Salary: $16.00/hr - $18.00/hr (weekly payment)

Location: Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan, Queens, and Westchester County
