Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Active Directory Architect to join our team at Technology Consulting, Inc. in Frankfort, KY. This is a long-term contract opportunity with potential extensions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the security posture of our clients' systems.
  • Manage and monitor firewall rules, ensuring optimal security and performance.
  • Provide operational support and management of the Enterprise Active Directory environment, collaborating with Microsoft.
  • Manage and support the provisioning system from an on-premises AD forest to multiple Microsoft Azure AD tenants via Azure AD Connect and Google Workspace for Education.
  • Lead and/or assist in technical presentations to KY K-12 school district customers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or equivalent combination of experience/knowledge.
  • 5+ years of experience working as a System Architect with a specialty in Active Directory.
  • Strong decision-making, conflict resolution, and facilitation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with advanced problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and show initiative with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technology and apply it to business situations.
  • Strong team player with excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
