Job Title: Project Architect

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Architect to lead our team in delivering exceptional architectural projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project design, building codes, and technical quality of project documentation.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Ensure overall design intent is incorporated into detailed documentation
* Monitor design process from conceptual phase to construction administration
* Develop specifications and coordinate drawings and specifications
* Plan and develop projects of various sizes
* Investigate, evaluate, and recommend design solutions
* Participate in cross-discipline discussions and coordination with multidisciplinary teammates
* Participate in construction administration by reviewing shop drawings and submittals
* Assist with marketing and business development activities

**Requirements**

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited college or university
* Architecture licensed preferred
* Well-rounded diverse candidate with multifamily or higher education projects experience preferred
* Must be computer literate in Microsoft, email, etc.
* Revit experience is a must
* Advanced knowledge of building design and construction means, methods, and techniques
* Excellent communication abilities, including writing, speaking, and active listening
* Organizational skills, including time management, delegation, prioritization, and multitasking
* Valid drivers license
* Clean driving record
