Maintenance Specialist

Persona Signs, LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production plant facilities, equipment, and systems.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment, buildings, and grounds operations.
- Inventory and manage parts used for repair and maintenance.
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure equipment continues to run smoothly and efficiently.
- Update Preventative Maintenance (PM) logs for plant equipment, buildings, and HVAC systems.
- Assemble and troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical issues.
- Read equipment drawings and electrical schematics.
- Inspect, operate, and test machinery and equipment to diagnose malfunctions.
- Follow and create hazardous materials storage procedures and rules.
- Conduct the wastewater treatment system operating procedure.
- Actively promote safety and accident prevention by observing environmental, health, and safety policies, procedures, rules, and standards.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Associate degree/Technical or Trade school preferred.
- Electrical experience preferred.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Cognitive thinking skills.
- Tool knowledge including but not limited to: Tape Measure, CNC Folder, CNC Router, Forklift, Plasma Arc, Cutting Torch, Overhead Crane, Iron Worker, Saw, Drill Press, Power Shear, Multimeter.
- Lift 50 lbs regularly.
- Stand/walk 8-12 hours/day on a hard surface.
- Work long hours in a warm or cold work environment.
