Position Summary

We are currently seeking three full-time Production Control Clerk – Team Leads who possess a strong background in analyzing relevant data associated with our programs. This role encompasses responsibilities across various functional areas:

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee production volume and ensure quality control within operations.
  • Ensure all incoming submissions are thoroughly inspected and accurately classified for production activities.
  • Provide direction and support for specific tasks and sub-tasks.
  • Manage the opening and sorting of mail.
  • Analyze and categorize specialized documents.
  • Conduct inspections and determine the authenticity of submitted documents.
  • Process documents and perform data entry into our web application.
  • Prepare analyzed documents for document control.
  • Track and account for documents throughout the analysis process.
  • Perform shredding, scanning, duplicating, and imaging tasks.
  • Ensure quality assurance in the performance and accuracy of tasks.
  • Handle other records management tasks related to the processing, tracking, securing, and management of documents.
Qualifications and Experience
  • A minimum of two (2) years of progressive experience in leading or participating in small teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and personnel at the front-line level, including administrative tasks and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in assessing the accuracy of recorded data and contributing to overall teamwork outcomes.
  • Minimum Education: High School Diploma with relevant work experience or a Bachelor's degree.
  • Must possess a Confidential/Public Trust clearance and maintain this security level throughout the contract duration.

Working Hours

Normal Work Hours: Monday – Friday (approximately 40 hours per week).
