We are currently seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator with a proven track record in leading and/or participating in service-oriented projects. This role encompasses responsibilities across various functional areas:

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee contractor administrative functions, including scheduling,
  • Ensure accurate documentation of contractor labor hours, and
  • Verify the quality of contractors' deliverables.
  • Possess familiarity with operational tasks, providing guidance and direction for related activities, sub-tasks, and operational discrepancies.
  • Supervise and assist production control clerks engaged in:
    • Sorting and processing mail.
    • Analyzing and categorizing specialized documents.
    • Conducting inspections and determining the authenticity of submitted documents.
    • Data entry and document processing within a web application.
    • Preparing analyzed documents for document control.
    • Tracking and managing documents throughout the analysis process.
    • Handling shredding, scanning, duplicating, and imaging tasks.
    • Ensuring quality assurance in task performance and accuracy.
    • Executing other records management duties related to document processing, tracking, securing, and management.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of three (3) years of progressive experience in leading and/or participating in service-oriented projects. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of the required years.
  • Demonstrated ability to support project management at the operational level.
  • Working knowledge of services related to analyzing, recording, tracking, and storing documents and materials, as well as providing non-personal services.
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Must possess a Confidential/Public Trust clearance and maintain this security level throughout the contract duration.

Job Type: Full-time

Working Hours: Standard work hours – Monday to Friday (approximately 40 hours per week).
