    • Facility Maintenance & Cleanliness: Ensure the restaurant is well-maintained and clean.
    • Safety & Security: Maintain a safe and secure environment for employees and guests.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Scheduling & Staffing: Assist in scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage.
    • Proper Cash Handling: Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
    • Team Building: Foster a positive and inclusive team environment.
    • Manage Vendor Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
    • To Go Service & Catering: Assist in the development and execution of to-go service and catering initiatives.
    • Local Store/Grassroots Marketing: Assist in the development and execution of local store and grassroots marketing initiatives.
    Requirements:
    • High School Diploma/GED: Required.
    • 2+ years of full service restaurant management experience: Required.
    • Successfully completed food safety/sanitation training: Required.
    • Must be 21 years of age or older: Required.

    • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel: Preferred.
    • General knowledge in full service restaurant operations/hospitality industry: Preferred.
