Integrated Partner Marketing Manager, North America

We are seeking an experienced Integrated Partner Marketing Manager to join our Global Business Marketing team in North America. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting global Monetization Product partners in the TikTok Marketing Partners Program.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute partner marketing programs and growth strategies in collaboration with partnerships teams.
- Create effective marketing collateral, including sales decks, one-sheets, and digital marketing content, to communicate the value proposition of partners.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive awareness and adoption of TikTok's products and services among partners, marketers, and merchants.
- Manage and execute regional B2B marketing campaigns, including partner training and sales enablement materials.
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, communications, advertising, and/or technology industries.
- Strong storytelling abilities and experience in product and brand narrative development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a strong focus on copywriting.
- Experience working directly with external partners, creative agencies, or events vendors.
- Understanding of the advertising industry and media agency landscape.
