Sales Account Executive

We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Executive to join our team at Rittal LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through cold calling, pipeline development, and closing deals within your assigned territory.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing and inside sales teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and customer interactions.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in the automation industry.
- Proven track record of identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
As a Sales Account Executive, you can expect a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus performance-based bonuses.
