About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Retention Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales and account management team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and customer retention goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication, issue resolution, and proactive problem-solving
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services to existing customers
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experience and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and customer engagement
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of sales or customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and customer retention goals
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
