Position Details:
Location: Salem, NH

Role Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBAs).
  • Design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to the unique needs of each student.
  • Collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and support staff to achieve behavioral objectives.
  • Provide direct guidance and training to educational staff on the execution of BIPs.
  • Monitor student progress and make necessary adjustments to intervention strategies.
  • Engage in IEP meetings to assist in the formulation of educational goals.

Required Qualifications:
  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Preferred experience working with students in grades K-4.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
