Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBAs).
- Design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to the unique needs of each student.
- Collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and support staff to achieve behavioral objectives.
- Provide direct guidance and training to educational staff on the execution of BIPs.
- Monitor student progress and make necessary adjustments to intervention strategies.
- Engage in IEP meetings to assist in the formulation of educational goals.
Required Qualifications:
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related discipline.
