Job Overview

Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated and qualified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our partner school district. As an RBT, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with behavioral needs, ensuring they receive the necessary interventions to thrive in an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Collect and record data on student behavior and progress.
  • Assist in developing individualized programs for students.
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student success.
  • Provide direct support to students in various educational settings.
Requirements:
  • Current RBT certification.
  • Experience working with children, preferably in a school setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records.
