Job Opportunity

Soliant is seeking a highly experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a school district near Brooks, OR.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a BCBA to design and implement behavior intervention plans, conduct assessments, provide RBT supervision, and support students with behavioral challenges to promote their academic and social success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement behavior intervention plans
  • Conduct assessments and provide RBT supervision
  • Support students with behavioral challenges
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to promote student success

Requirements:

  • Hold a valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Possess a Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Education, or Psychology
  • Demonstrate previous experience working with students with disabilities and challenging behaviors in a school setting
