Senior AV Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced AV Account Manager to join our team at Building Infrastructure Group, Inc. (BIG). As an AV Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing new and existing AV accounts, identifying opportunities with clients, and developing strong relationships with equipment vendors.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in audio visual sales, with a preference for commercial and professional AV experience. You will have strong client management and communication skills, as well as the ability to create detailed and accurate AV proposals. Additionally, you will have experience reviewing RFPs and making strategic bid/no bid decisions.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We also provide paid on-the-job and classroom training, as well as industry certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage new and existing AV accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand project requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Develop AV proposals, including writing contractual language and statements of work.
- Review Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and assess opportunities for bid/no bid decisions.
- Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to provide solutions.
