Job Overview

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with recruitment, benefits, and administration of our company's HR programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment: Assist with interviewing and facilitating the hiring process for open positions, collaborating with departmental managers to understand required skills and competencies.
  • Maintaining Compliance: Track and document compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments.
  • Benefits Administration: Perform routine tasks to assist with the administration and execution of human resource programs, including but not limited to benefits and leave; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
  • E-Verify Program: Assist with the administration of E-Verify Employment Eligibility Verification Program.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proficient knowledge of current Federal and Arizona employment laws and regulations.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency.
  • ADP Workforce Now experience with recruitment module, TLM, benefits module, and electronic onboarding module.
  • Sensitivity, maturity, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and professional development.
