Job Summary:

The Arizona Department of Administration is seeking a highly skilled Telecommunication Expense Program Manager to join our Enterprise Infrastructure and Communications team. In this key role, you will oversee the management of the State's critical managed services contracts, including Telecommunications Expense Management and AZNET. You'll leverage your expertise to conduct thorough audits, perform comprehensive data analytics, and deliver exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular assessment and analysis of the AZNet and TEM program projects using repeatable standards and practices.
  • Oversee the management of invoices, assessments, audits, and analysis of cost and benefits of existing TEM billing infrastructure.
  • Communicate with multiple stakeholders and maintain a high level of organization and prioritization skills.
  • Respond promptly to customer needs and provide exceptional customer support.

Requirements:

  • Theoretical and practical aspects of Telephone and Carrier Broadband services and expenses.
  • Organization's methodologies and tools.
  • Organization's policies and procedures.
  • Microsoft Excel and or Google Sheets.
  • Telecommunication Expense Management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree plus 10 or more years of experience in project coordination, project management and program management.
