Position Overview:


We are looking for several Sales Executives to enhance our dynamic team, focusing on driving revenue within Clinical Phases I-III service offerings.

This role will cover designated territories on both the East Coast and West Coast.

The selected candidates will work closely with internal teams, effectively communicating the scientific and operational advantages of Medpace services to potential clients.

As a vital member of the Business Development team, the individual will play a key role in fostering the ongoing growth and success of Medpace by delivering exceptional customer support to our existing clientele.


Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and generate new sales opportunities within the assigned territory;

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients while gaining a comprehensive understanding of their organizations and requirements;

- Meet and exceed sales targets for designated accounts;

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and secure proposals;

- Maintain regular contact with clients through targeted visits and presentations;

- Assist with marketing initiatives as needed (e.g., attendance at trade shows and symposia);

- Keep accurate records of sales activities in the Medpace Customer Relationship Management database; and

- Engage in strategic account planning, management, and execution.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree;

- 1-3 years of prior experience in sales or CRO operations;

- Ability to identify customer needs and collaborate with internal teams to exceed expectations;

- Must be dependable, highly motivated, organized, results-driven, and possess strong interpersonal and presentation skills;

- Familiarity with SalesForce;

- Proficient in Microsoft Office; and

- An established network of industry contacts is preferred.

- Travel: 30-60%
