We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our Sales Department. The ideal candidate will have exceptional office and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Travel Arrangements: Maintain calendars and travel schedules for Sales, Sales Managers, and Sales Candidates, coordinate travel arrangements, and schedule implementation tasks and timelines for onboarding sales team members.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate all aspects of semiannual sales conferences, work with local hotels to negotiate corporate rates, process conference registrations, and arrange distribution of conference materials.
  • Travel Arrangements: Process conference registrations, handle travel arrangements for SVP of Sales and Sales Team, and work with local hotels to negotiate corporate rates.
  • Sales Reporting: Generate and distribute Salesforce reports, assist with annual sales budget preparation, track weekly sales expenses, and maintain records on correspondence as required by the SEC.
Requirements:
  • Previous secretarial/clerical/administrative experience, event planning, or project management experience.
  • Exceptional office and communication skills, professional demeanor, and excellent analytical, organizational, and computer skills.
  • Preferred software skills include Salesforce and Tableau.
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities concurrently, work independently, and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
