Job Role
  • Assist the project manager in overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Create and update project schedules regularly, utilizing project management software to track progress.
  • Manage project costs and accounting, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with company policies.
  • Handle contract administration and communication with owners and architects, fostering strong relationships and resolving issues promptly.
  • Ensure quality control and safety compliance on site, conducting regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, collaborating with project managers and team members to ensure alignment.
  • Manage project costs and accounting, analyzing financial data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, owners, and architects, facilitating effective communication and resolving conflicts.
  • Review and approve shop drawings, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure work meets quality standards, conducting regular quality control checks and implementing corrective actions as needed.
