We are seeking full-time Child Support Specialists who are at least 21 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent to become part of our team. We will provide comprehensive training.
A Day in the Life of a Child Support Specialist
As a direct service provider, you will contribute to our mission of empowering families by assisting youth with complex behaviors in a therapeutic setting.
Your daily interactions will promote the health, safety, and well-being of the individuals we serve, as well as the organization, by leading therapeutic sessions, teaching daily routines, and encouraging positive and proactive behavior management techniques.
You will advocate for the youth as they express their desires, needs, and aspirations while striving to achieve their highest quality of life.
This role includes transporting residents to appointments, actively engaging them in therapeutic activities, and providing mentorship, all while ensuring a fun and engaging atmosphere.
