Responsabilidades:
- Soporte de sistemas operativos Windows y Microsoft Office Suite.
- Mantenimiento, análisis, solución de problemas y reparación de sistemas informáticos, hardware y periféricos.
- Soporte de escritorio y red.
- Capacidad para configurar y añadir todo tipo de hardware.
- Asistir a los técnicos de soporte de escritorio corporativo con grandes IMACs.
- Documentar, mantener, actualizar o reemplazar sistemas de hardware y software.
- Soportar y mantener la información de cuentas de usuario, incluyendo derechos, seguridad y grupos de sistemas.
- Capacitar a los empleados, identificar, analizar y reparar fallos de productos, ordenar y reemplazar piezas según sea necesario.
- Determinar y recomendar qué productos o servicios se adaptan mejor a las necesidades de los clientes.
- Imágenes y recuperación de imágenes.
- Experiencia en reparaciones de tipo break/fix en escritorios y laptops.
- Instalación y reinstalación de diversos paquetes de software y actualizaciones.
- Conexiones WiFi y VPN; soporte de dispositivos inalámbricos.
- Excelentes habilidades de atención al cliente.
