Ideal Candidates:
- Possess a high school diploma (or equivalent) and have prior experience in retail or sales (preferred)
- Exhibit critical thinking abilities with strong math and computer skills, capable of multitasking
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients
- Advocate for total body care with a general understanding of massage and skincare services

Daily Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every client feels valued and understood
- Promote the significance of Total Body Care by informing clients about new and enhanced services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, scheduling future appointments, and encouraging retail purchases based on recommendations from service providers
- Facilitate clinic operations by welcoming clients, arranging services, answering phone inquiries, responding to emails, and addressing client questions
- Assist in growing and retaining a client base through in-person interactions and phone/email outreach
