QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Results-driven with a competitive mindset and solution-oriented approach.
  • Adept at identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes judiciously.

  • Strong writing and grammar skills.
  • Highly organized with proficiency in data management, capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Professional demeanor, punctuality, reliability, and organizational skills are essential.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, and the public.
  • Familiarity with computers and studio management software.
  • A college degree is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generate leads through grassroots marketing and networking efforts.
  • Implement a sales process to schedule prospects for introductory classes.
  • Drive membership and retail sales.
  • Manage staff scheduling.
  • Supervise Sales Representatives.
  • Support all instructors within the studio.
  • Make independent decisions to ensure high-level customer service.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the studio.
  • Enforce studio policies and procedures.
  • Plan and participate in community events and studio promotions.
  • Strategically manage marketing initiatives to generate leads.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned.
