- Adept at identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes judiciously.

- Highly organized with proficiency in data management, capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Professional demeanor, punctuality, reliability, and organizational skills are essential.
- Attention to detail and accuracy is crucial.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, and the public.
- Familiarity with computers and studio management software.
- A college degree is preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate leads through grassroots marketing and networking efforts.
- Implement a sales process to schedule prospects for introductory classes.
- Drive membership and retail sales.
- Manage staff scheduling.
- Supervise Sales Representatives.
- Support all instructors within the studio.
- Make independent decisions to ensure high-level customer service.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the studio.
- Enforce studio policies and procedures.
- Plan and participate in community events and studio promotions.
- Strategically manage marketing initiatives to generate leads.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- This role offers a base salary along with commissions and bonuses based on performance.
