About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Specialist to join our team at Fairway Lawns. In this role, you will provide top-notch customer service and support to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving technical issues, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

You will work closely with our sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination. To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and software.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $14-$16, plus commission opportunities. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of one-three years of experience in customer service and data entry, as well as a high school diploma or equivalent. Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update our system(s) accordingly
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum one-three years of experience in customer service and data entry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
