Hotel Guest Service Representative

The Front Desk Agent is a vital member of our hotel team, responsible for ensuring that our guests have an exceptional stay. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for checking them in and out, answering their questions, and resolving any issues they may have. You will also be responsible for handling transactions, maintaining accurate records, and keeping the front desk area clean and organized.
Key Responsibilities:
- Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Handle transactions and maintain accurate records
- Provide information about hotel amenities and services
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
Salary: $42,000 - $52,000 per year (based on location and experience)
