Job Summary:

As a District Sales Manager at Syneos Health Careers, you will be responsible for managing and developing a sales team in a designated territory. Your primary goal will be to promote product targeted physicians and ensure the success of the sales team. Key responsibilities include managing field performance, conducting performance appraisals, and executing business plans aligned with program goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring administrative project activities are accurate, timely, and compliant.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ Years Consumer Health / Pharmaceutical industry experience
  • 2+ Years of Management experience, training or participation in management development program
  • Ability to travel and possess a valid driver's license to drive to assigned healthcare accounts, unless otherwise specified
  • Must live within territory or within territory boundaries
