Job Summary:
Nexus Staff Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Program Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide operational program support for the company's Smart Charge Commercial program.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist and coordinate discovery meetings for potential participants
• Review applications for completion and verify necessary documents are uploaded and meet program requirements
• Review and confirm eligibility for SCC program offerings
• Complete a programmatic check per application
• Save and upload relevant documents and update applications in Salesforce as needed
Data Analysis and Payment Preparation:
The consultant will be responsible for ensuring sufficient data is provided for payment, including session and interval unique identification numbers, start and stop dates and times, energy demand, peak demand, site time zone, and charger outage or uptime. They will also review data and complete incentive calculation checks using the program guide, complete payment process checks, and report on any relevant findings.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience with Managed Charging in an EV space, knowledge of Managed Charging Programs, some Clean Energy experience, project management experience, and excellent communication and verbal skills. They should be able to work independently or as part of a team, and be a self-starter.
