Position Summary:
At PBFCM, we pride ourselves on maintaining a dynamic and professional work environment. We are currently seeking a full-time member for our Collections Department to support the recovery of overdue fines and fees through diverse communication methods and potential legal preparations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a significant volume of incoming calls
- Initiate outbound calls to account holders
- Document all correspondence in the account management system
- Conduct research to obtain owner contact details as necessary
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
- Ensure accountability for call quality, attendance, and adherence to scheduled hours
Experience Requirements:
- Previous office experience is preferred
- Background in a law office, collections environment, or tax office is advantageous
- Customer service experience is preferred
Educational Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent is required
- Some college education is preferred

Physical Demands:
