Job Summary

As a Service Advisor at Auto Inc, you will play a critical role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to communicate effectively with customers, understand their vehicle needs, and facilitate efficient and professional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Greet customers in a timely, friendly, and professional manner, obtaining current customer and vehicle data as needed.
  • Needs Assessment: Interview customers to determine the nature of their concerns and needs, identifying opportunities for additional sales.
  • Repair Order Management: Thoroughly complete repair orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Communication: Communicate with customers by phone to schedule appointments and relay vehicle status updates.
  • Quality Control: Inspect repaired vehicles prior to delivery, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, basic math, reading, and writing skills, and a strong understanding of vehicle mechanical operations.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong verbal communication skills, strong personal initiative, and the ability to operate a standard transmission vehicle, use a computer, and 10-key calculator.
  • Working Conditions: The employee will work indoors and outdoors in an autoshop environment, frequently rotating equipment, vehicles, elevators, lifts, tow-lines, etc.
