As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and detailed records of our financial transactions, including purchases, expenses, sales revenue, invoices, and payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our Accounting and Finance manager to analyze and interpret financial reports.
- Record and reconcile financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Manage bank feeds and ensure data consistency between financial records and bank statements.
- Monitor and handle accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely payment and reconciliation.
- Prepare and present financial reports and statements to management.
- Assist with tax filing and compliance.
Requirements:
- Strong accounting knowledge and understanding of local laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Professionalism and organization skills.
- Associates degree or at least one year of experience in accounting or a related field.
