  • Maintain subcontractor compliance within CMiC.
  • Review and process W-9's for new vendors to ensure seamless integration.
  • Communicate effectively with Project Accountants regarding invoice discrepancies to resolve issues promptly.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and extract AP information to maintain transparency.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in Accounts Payable for a mid to large size construction company.
  • Familiarity with 1099's and accruing Sales Tax to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) to streamline tasks and enhance productivity.
  • Cross-training abilities to adapt to diverse situations.

Preferred Skills:

  • Working knowledge of CMiC to leverage its capabilities effectively.

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
