Employee Relations Manager

Elastic is a leader in search and AI, empowering everyone to find answers in real-time. As an Employee Relations Manager, you'll play a critical role in shaping the employee experience, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve complex employee concerns, collaborating with managers, legal, HR, and other stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify trends and areas for improvement in employee relations, developing strategies to mitigate potential risks.
  • Coach and consult with people managers to enhance performance and employee experience.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to support manager excellence and employee well-being.
  • Partner with the Learning team to design and facilitate manager training.
  • Ensure data integrity and analysis, telling a story through data to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in Employee Relations.
  • Extensive experience in coaching, developing managers, and handling employee-related issues.
  • Direct experience with employee relations investigations, including complex issue resolution.
  • Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal US laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, leading multiple activities and projects across time zones and geographies.
