Job Description

This role is a key part of creating a memorable guest experience at The National. The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming and accommodating guests, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests and visitors, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Register guests efficiently and pleasantly, ensuring that their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
  • Promote hotel services and amenities, providing guests with helpful information and recommendations.
  • Manage guest accounts, including settling accounts upon check-out and processing forms of payment.
  • Respond to questions and requests from guests, visitors, and colleagues in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge of the hotel, including its facilities, services, and amenities.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities with ease.
  • Basic accounting skills and knowledge of computer systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; customer service experience preferred.
