Key Responsibilities:

As a Retail Sales Specialist, you will be the essence of our brand. Your role will involve recommending products and gear that customers will utilize to achieve their personal goals, no matter what they may be. This position requires a commitment to exceeding customer expectations and contributing to the community. You will engage with a dynamic team to cultivate and sustain meaningful relationships with customers, vendors, and colleagues by understanding customer needs, offering tailored solutions, and ultimately equipping them with everything necessary to begin or continue their journey. Qualifications:

  • Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
