Position Summary:
We are looking for reliable and motivated individuals to fill the role of Bathtub and Tile Restoration Specialist. No prior experience is required, as we provide thorough training to equip you with the necessary skills to succeed. You will learn our efficient processes and be able to perform tasks independently within a short period, with continuous support available during your initial assignments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete the training program and earn your certification (online and hands-on).
- Adhere to company protocols to achieve top-tier refinishing outcomes, including site preparation, surface treatment, and refinishing tasks.
- Ensure the work area is left spotless after service completion, free from dust, debris, and any remnants of the job.
- Maintain responsibility for provided tools and conduct necessary equipment checks.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.

- Wear company-issued uniforms consistently (t-shirts and hoodies provided) with an allowance for purchasing required attire (such as khaki work pants and supportive footwear).
- Utilize a mobile device to access our app for managing your schedule, clocking in and out, documenting service details, and fulfilling other essential tasks.
- Follow the policies outlined in the company handbook at all times.
- Comply with the tobacco-free policy while on-site or using company equipment.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Willingness to work in a W2 position.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Must possess a positive attitude, be dependable, and open to coaching.
