Job Title: Warranty Claims Specialist

At Elementia, we are seeking a highly skilled Warranty Claims Specialist to join our team. As a Warranty Claims Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing data related to claims, analyzing warranty claims to document trends, and mitigating future risk and exposure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer telephones and log all incoming and outgoing phone calls
  • Resolve customer questions related to the technical department and the product warranty
  • Organize and update file systems, both electronic and paper
  • Update and maintain departmental databases/spreadsheets and monthly reports
  • Research, review, create, and edit documents, correspondence, letters, forms, checklists, and more using MS Office and Adobe Software
  • Organize invoices, request and obtain required approvals, submit payment requests to Accounting
  • Arrange conference calls, scheduling meetings, and document meeting minutes and decisions
  • Request all information from internal or outside sources to ascertain completeness and validity of claim, including coordination of benefits information
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, a technical field, or an insurance-related field
  • Moderate skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
