- Collaborate with the Revenue Optimization team to drive achievement of departmental KPIs, requiring a team-focused approach.
- Audit RCM Management Reports to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
- Effectively communicate and escalate RCM issues and areas of concern.
- 5+ years of medical claims experience in a physician medical billing office.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with Google Suite.
- Comfortable speaking in front of groups and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter with great time management skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem solver with good analytical skills and solution-oriented approach.
- A competitive salary range of $50,000 to $60,000 in base pay.
- An annual bonus targeted at 15% based on performance.
- A hybrid work environment with in-office days and remote work options.
