Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze RCM reports to identify denial sources and revenue cycle trends, communicating findings to the leadership team.
  • Collaborate with the Revenue Optimization team to drive achievement of departmental KPIs, requiring a team-focused approach.
  • Audit RCM Management Reports to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
  • Effectively communicate and escalate RCM issues and areas of concern.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of medical claims experience in a physician medical billing office.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with Google Suite.
  • Comfortable speaking in front of groups and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter with great time management skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Problem solver with good analytical skills and solution-oriented approach.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $50,000 to $60,000 in base pay.
  • An annual bonus targeted at 15% based on performance.
