Inside Sales Coordinator
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team at Insight Global.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Prospecting: Identifying existing customers through reports and tools, engaging them in a systematic manner via phone calls and emails, and registering every customer by promoting their benefits.
- Processing registration requests: Following up on leads from internal customers, guiding them through the registration process, and providing support in navigating our Portal.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in communications or phone sales roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
A 2-year business or marketing degree is preferred but not mandatory.
What We OfferThis is a 6-month contract position with potential for hire. You can expect to work 5 days a week onsite during training, with the possibility of hybrid arrangements afterwards. Our business hours are standard Monday to Friday, and we offer a supportive environment with opportunities for growth.
Salary and BenefitsOur estimated salary for this role is between $45,000 and $65,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
