Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Oversee and manage the performance of assigned Account Managers, ensuring they meet high service levels and client satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in account management, business development, or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Licenses: Health and Life Insurance License mandatory.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe.
