Job Title: Help Desk Analyst, 3-6 Month Temp Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Analyst to join our team on a temporary basis. This is a 3-6 month contract position that requires excellent customer service and technical skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service and technical support to internal customers.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless support and service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements.

Requirements:

  • 13 years of relevant experience in a help desk or technical support role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of Windows 7 or 10, Active Directory, and Office 365.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
