Job Overview

TEKsystems is seeking a skilled Technical Support Agent to join our team. As a Technical Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our internal employees via inbound phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a ticketing queue and troubleshoot issues with internal tools and systems
  • Provide password resets, server support, VPN/connection assistance, and help with specific application issues
  • Work closely with managers and employees to answer questions and provide on-the-job training

Requirements:

  • Phone support experience in a call center or help desk environment
  • Tech support capabilities, including IT degree or certification
  • Experience working with a ticketing tool, such as ServiceNow
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet work-from-home environment
