Help Desk Technician

TEKsystems is seeking a skilled Technical Support Agent to join our team. As a Technical Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our internal employees via inbound phone calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a ticketing queue and troubleshoot issues with internal tools and systems
- Provide password resets, server support, VPN/connection assistance, and help with specific application issues
- Work closely with managers and employees to answer questions and provide on-the-job training
Requirements:
- Phone support experience in a call center or help desk environment
- Tech support capabilities, including IT degree or certification
- Experience working with a ticketing tool, such as ServiceNow
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet work-from-home environment
