The Green Air Group is a prominent provider of heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, and electrical solutions, dedicated to delivering outstanding service and products to our clientele.

We are in search of a committed and seasoned Logistics and Fleet Operations Supervisor to manage the effective functioning of our warehouse, procurement processes, and fleet oversight.

Position Overview:


The Logistics and Fleet Operations Supervisor will be accountable for overseeing all facets of warehouse activities, including inventory control, procurement of materials and equipment, and fleet administration.

This position demands a proactive and organized individual capable of ensuring timely and cost-efficient purchasing, streamlined warehouse operations, and proficient management of our vehicle fleet.


Core Responsibilities:

Warehouse Oversight:
Direct the daily functions of the warehouse, encompassing tasks such as receiving, storing, and distributing materials and equipment.

Guarantee accurate inventory levels are upheld and enforce appropriate stock rotation.

Implement and uphold safety protocols and procedures within the warehouse.

Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Establish and nurture robust relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Procurement Management:
Oversee the procurement process for all materials, equipment, and supplies.

Engage in negotiations with suppliers to secure cost savings through contracts, favorable pricing, and advantageous terms.

Monitor and assess supplier performance to guarantee the availability of quality and reliable products.

Analyze market trends to pinpoint potential cost-saving opportunities and track them effectively.

Ensure the timely generation of precise purchase orders and delivery schedules.

Fleet Administration:
Supervise the maintenance, repair, and operation of the company’s vehicle fleet.

Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures.

Ensure proper licensing, insurance, and compliance with safety regulations for all vehicles.

Monitor fleet performance and devise strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Coordinate with drivers to ensure prompt and efficient service delivery.Qualifications:

Essential Requirements:
Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus.

Proven expertise in negotiation and supplier management.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities.

Strong leadership skills and experience in team management.

Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

This role necessitates on-site presence at our location.Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with HVAC systems and their components.

Experience with ERP systems.

Education and Experience:
A High School diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.

A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.


A minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, procurement, and fleet management is required, ideally within the HVAC sector.

A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential.
