As a Seasonal Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience across various business segments (retail, rental, custom, and omni-channel) within a store setting, including but not limited to:

  • Engaging as a member of a high-performing team, emphasizing trust, commitment, and results.
  • Building relationships with customers from the initial greeting through post-sale follow-up.
  • Consistently applying effective selling techniques for retail sales, custom clothing, and special occasion rentals.
  • Encouraging teamwork and positively influencing the achievement of store sales targets and metrics.
  • Assisting with visual merchandising, setup, and other store-related projects, as well as conducting inventory counts.
  • Operating the cash register as a cashier at the point of sale.
Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the work shift, frequently bend, squat, twist, lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders to access merchandise and supplies, and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors.

The starting pay range for this position is $ and may increase based on merit, tenure with the company, and other relevant factors.
