Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Operations Manager to lead our retail store operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our store, including managing inventory, visual merchandising, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of sales associates and management staff
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are met, including window displays and in-store displays
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the buying team to select and purchase merchandise that meets the needs of our customers
  • Manage store operations, including scheduling, payroll, and employee development
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a fashion or luxury retail environment
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
