Job Title: Assistant Property Manager

Join FPI Management, Inc. as an Assistant Property Manager and take on a challenging role in our multifamily property management team. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will assist the Community Director in the day-to-day operations of our apartment communities, ensuring that our residents receive exceptional service and our properties meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Community Director in supervising on-site staff, including Resident Services Coordinators, Compliance Specialists, Leasing Managers, and Maintenance Technicians.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the property, including rent collections, lease renewals, and resident relations.
  • Assist with the completion of monthly market surveys and analysis to ensure optimal occupancy levels.
  • Implement advertising and marketing strategies to promote our apartment communities.
  • Ensure compliance with all Fair Housing Laws and FPI Management's policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar supervisory role, preferably within residential property management.
  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate required; college degree in a related field preferred.
  • Valid driver's license, good driving record, and current motor vehicle insurance.
  • Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office, Google Apps, and property management-related software.
