Position: Property Manager
Reports To: Area Manager
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Role Summary: The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing housing management operations, implementing programs to foster a positive living environment, and ensuring adherence to policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Management: Provide support, training, and supervision to on-site staff, ensuring they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
- Tenant Relations: Address tenant concerns and issues, applying conflict resolution skills and knowledge of landlord-tenant laws.
- Program Development: Create and manage activities and educational programs for residents, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and maintain accurate financial records, including rent collection and petty cash management.
- Property Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections of properties, oversee maintenance operations, and ensure that facilities are well-maintained.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of four years of experience in property management, preferably with large residential buildings.
- Strong understanding of Fair Housing laws and compliance requirements.
- Proven supervisory experience with a focus on team development and training.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to interact with diverse populations.
- Proficiency in financial management and reporting, with experience in budget preparation.
