Key Responsibilities- Client Relations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, residents, and stakeholders to ensure a positive and professional experience.
- Communication
- Effectively communicate with applicants, residents, vendors, clients, and guests to address their needs and concerns.
- Provide timely and accurate information to ensure seamless communication and minimize misunderstandings.
- Employee Management
- Supervise and train on-site staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback.
- Leasing and Occupancy
- Develop and implement strategies to maintain occupancy levels and meet budget expectations.
- Exhibit professional leasing techniques to attract and retain residents.
- Assist with the completion of market surveys and analysis to inform leasing decisions.
- Revenue Management
- Assist with the management of lease expirations and timely turnover to maximize revenue potential.
- Process vendor invoices and manage accounting to ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Reporting and Document Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident files, including forms, leases, and documents.
- Ensure confidentiality and integrity of resident files and documents.
- Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with risk management policies and procedures to minimize liability and protect the company's assets.
- Report any incidents or concerns to the appropriate authorities in a timely manner.
- Facility Maintenance
- Assist residents with reporting maintenance needs and ensure timely completion.
- Monitor the physical asset and identify concerns to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment.
- Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in a related field preferred.
- Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar supervisory role, preferably in residential property management.
- Skills
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office, Google Apps, and property management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
