As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties, managing staff, and maintaining high levels of resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with residents, vendors, and colleagues, ensuring that all interactions are professional and courteous.
  • Employee Management: Supervise and manage a team of staff members, including hiring, training, and evaluating their performance.
  • Leasing and Occupancy: Maintain high occupancy levels, oversee leasing activities, and develop marketing strategies to attract new residents.
  • Revenue Management: Manage rent collections, delinquency, and budgeting to ensure maximum revenue potential.
  • Reporting and Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Facility Maintenance: Oversee maintenance activities, ensuring that properties are well-maintained and meet company standards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in affordable housing programs, including LIHTC, HUD programs, and USDA-Rural Development.
  • Affordable Housing Accreditation or other applicable designations.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a leadership role, preferably in residential property management.
  • High School diploma or equivalency certificate required; college degree in a relatable field preferred.
  • Certification or designation from an accredited organization, preferred.
  • Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office, Google Apps, and property management-related software.
